The position of the Business Performance Manager will be primarily to service the needs and requirements of our South Island group members; which involves a focus on recruitment and the development of assigned offices in our network. The position has three key elements being that of relationship management, business management and administration tasks. In the area of relationship management you will be involved in the development of strategies for recruitment; conduct regular analysis of assigned Ray White offices; establish a mentor relationship with our Elite sales members, respond to the needs of our network owners while assisting in the changeover, sale and growth of our agency business.
