Matthew Smith joined the Ray White Group just over three years ago from being a leading independent agency on Waiheke Island. Matthew first traded from a new development located in Oneroa which was a stepping stone to the office which he developed in October 2013.
His Ray White Waiheke office was recognised as the best presented office in the Ray White Group throughout New Zealand at our national awards ceremony this year. The style and design of the office was brought together by Matthew in wanting to reflect the lifestyle values of Waiheke Island to also work in harmony with clients and customers that continue to utilise the services of Ray White.
The office is located overlooking Oneroa Beach and as you walk into the office it has been designed in a welcoming format that will allow sales consultants to interact with clients and customers in a relaxed environment that also shows property through digital and electronic means that gives the opportunity to encapsulate the lifestyle benefits of investing and living on Waiheke Island. There are a number of unique features in the office that are specific to Waiheke Island and one of the talking points by customers is the seller interview room which features wines from all the vineyards on Waiheke Island.
Matthew Smith said that in designing the office his first thought was to look at it from a local point of view while trying to ensure that customers and clients had an outstanding experience that would not only assist in their property needs, but also enhance the reason why many people come to Waiheke Island.
