The Far North of New Zealand has always been a successful real estate area over many years for the Ray White Group. Operating for almost the past 20 years, the owner and licensee agent of Ray White Kaitaia and Ray White Mangonui is Gary Steed. Gary said after taking ownership of the businesses just over five years ago, that building on the already successful platform has meant the offices have continued to grow in the area of real estate sales, rural sales and property management. Gary said “Re-committing to another term with Ray White meant that his business remained at the forefront of technology, particularly in the area around systems and procedure.” He went on to say that “Ray White are well known for their front running position on behalf of their business owners around technology and compliance and these are just a couple of the key reasons why I very much enjoy being part of the Ray White Group.”
