The Stonefields Community Fair is an annual event organised by the Stonefields School and St Johns Rotary Club. This year, Ray White Remuera’s John Quiambao, along with his Team, have taken part in the event as sponsors and supporters of the Fair.

The Stonefields Fair is a fundraising event  and all proceeds are forwarded to support the local school as well as community projects coordinated by Rotary St Johns.

Despite the rainy and stormy weather, John’s team have set up a stand and organised a variety of activities for their visitors. There were kids games, free face painting and a raffle for all the visitors – with the main prizes being a coffee machine, wall hanging plants and a 1-month flower subscription.

John said they received huge interest from the participants – with lots of kids and clients visiting the Ray White booth and entering the raffle draw. John added that this event was all about contributing to a great cause and giving back to the community. It was also a great way to thank all of the families and clients for their support throughout the year.

John mentioned that the Team have enjoyed spending time together at the event and will most definitely contribute to the future events.

The Stonefields Fair has been taking place since 2011 and has attracted thousands of local community members who get to enjoy a fun day with their families. The organisers have set themselves a goal of raising $50,000 to support the local initiatives. This year’s proceeds will be put towards the development of the school environment. The event is supported by local businesses and schools and offers great entertainment for the attendees.

John and his Team are located at Ray White Remuera, 369 Remuera Road, pop in and visit them or their local website rwremuera.co.nz
