Opotiki E Marketing
Just over a year ago D&D Realties Limited became a member of Ray White. During that time the office has grown its market share through providing the highest level of service into the marketplace. Jackie Rooney, a strong believer in technology which enables property in Opotiki to be exposed to a broader audience, has recently developed a local e-book which is available for their client database and also for distribution through social media.
In talking with Jackie Rooney, the owner of Ray White Opotiki, said “It is difficult on occasions to broaden the marketing platform of property in Opotiki but with the support of Ray White through Trade Me Property, our own local website, social media and our e-book, it gives us wide distribution that is not matched by any other company.” Jackie went on to say that the team are utilising the technology and print media of Ray White with the latest Herald on Sunday lift-out having a good response. After 10 years in the business, Jackie said that integrity and excellent customer service is what they offer and this gives outstanding results when combined with Ray White marketing.

Trade Me Property Key to On line Marketing
The Ray White Group are proud founding members of Trade Me Property and since 2005 has provided all of their vendors with an online listing on Trade Me Property as an essential part to the Ray White marketing mix.
In the latest survey by Nielsen Net Ratings Online, July 2010 shows that Trade Me Property had more than 10 times the total viewing time of any other of the websites ranked; with its nearest competitor being realestate.co.nz. and 40 times more than the next property website.

Carey Smith, Chief Executive of the Ray White Group in New Zealand, said that since joining Trade Me Property in 2005 it has provided Ray White vendors with a distinct advantage over many of the other real estate companies who do not give their vendors a choice in regards to the websites in which they appear. “Each of our vendors are offered a Trade Me Property listing as part of the Ray White marketing advantage and not only does this increase buyer response, but also ensures that each individual property listed by Ray White has the greatest exposure online.”
Ray White is the number one real estate company on Trade Me Property with just over 13,000 properties currently displayed.

Celebrating their one year birthday, Ray White Taranaki, through owners Mark and Rachel Ferguson, have been acknowledged as the New Start Business of the Year for Ray White. When Mark undertook his commitment to Ray White in Taranaki it was a new area for him. Their ongoing support of Ronald McDonald House and the local food bank in Taranaki has been recognised by the way their business has become part of the community.
The office completed 71 sales in its first 12 months and has a market share in their local trade area of 26%. Mark Ferguson said “Being part of the Ray White Group enabled the business to quickly gain momentum and adding a superior service level helped in positioning the business as a market leader in the local trade area.” He went on to say “The work in the community through charity auction events has been rewarding and is a case of making sure that our business gives back the best way it can.”
Ray White CEO, Carey Smith, said “Mark and Rachel started their business with service in mind and they have continued to deliver with results that are unmatched for a business which is just over 12 months old.” Mark has further plans to grow the agency but wants to ensure the Inglewood business is a clear market leader before growing further within Taranaki. Ray White Te Atatu 10 Years
Ray White is pleased to confirm the re-commitment of Joe and Diane Voordouw with their business at Te Atatu. The partnership between the Voordouw’s and Ray White is now in its 11th year. Initially when they purchased the business it was as part of a complete re-structure of the West Auckland business for the Ray White Group. During the past 10 years the office at Te Atatu has steadily grown its market share to be considered a market leader. Diane Voordouw commented that when they made the move to Ray White their ability to attract sales staff increased significantly and in 2005 “it gave us the confidence to move to new premises in Te Atatu Peninsula. In addition to this we have also built a strong rent roll which has become an important part of the services that we offer.”

The Te Atatu office ranks in the top 20 businesses for the Group in New Zealand and has a market share of 23% within their trade area. Carey Smith made comment “The Te Atatu business has continued to develop its market share of sales through continued innovation and embracing Ray White marketing strategies. The West Auckland area has seen substantive growth for the group and Joe and Diane Voordouw have been an integral part of that growth over the past decade.”
The Ray White Te Atatu office is located on Rhone Avenue in Te Atatu.
2010 Spring Campaign Launched
The Ray White Group in New Zealand is proud to announce our 2010 marketing and promotion campaign. The campaign is designed to give all Ray White clients, with the assistance of their local Ray White Real Estate Office, the ability to market their property and to increase profile, presentation and buyer response within a targeted period with upgraded promotion and also subsidised rates.
2010 so far has shown properties that are well marketed through controlled concepts, both online and through media, have very good buyer response. This campaign, through national and local media together with online marketing and property promotion, is designed to maximise buyer response to each and every property that Ray White is currently marketing as well as for those clients who are considering listing their property with Ray White.
The campaign will run during September and each Ray White licensee salesperson has information on the campaign. We believe supporting our clients with increased buyer response will inevitably lead to more success for property sales on behalf of Ray White clients.
For further information please contact anyone of our 134 Ray White offices, who will provide information on our 2010 marketing and promotion campaign.
