Carey Smith – NZ Chief Executive
Becoming involved in the real estate industry at the age of 17, Carey has spent his time predominantly with the Ray White Group as a salesperson, franchise owner, development manager and since 1997 as the Chief Executive of New Zealand operations. In recent times he has also taken responsibility for the growth of the Ray White Group Asian operations. His corporate career started in Sydney in 1990 as a development manager and auctioneer. In 1994, after running a business for two years he became involved with the Western Australian operations to amalgamate and merge Mair & Co and Peet & Co into Ray White. In 1996 Carey came to New Zealand on behalf of Ray White when the company traded through NZ with 58 offices as United Realty. In late 1997 he took leadership of the operation with the conversion through to Ray White United and subsequently Ray White Real Estate. Today the NZ group stands at 131 offices transacting approximately $4.7 billion worth of property. The company has shown continued growth which now sees the business as one of the preeminent real estate groups in New Zealand.

Kyle Pitman - NZ General Manager
Kyle began his career with Ray White in 1996. At this time he was a leading salesperson in the city of Brisbane and soon gained extensive experience in business ownership and management through his own Ray White franchise in the Brisbane central area. In late 2002 Kyle joined our New Zealand operation covering business development and growth opportunity areas until 2005 when handed the responsibility of the South Island business. Emphases on assisting our established members to get the best from their businesses through leadership, recruitment and expansion has been an important focal point along with seeking new opportunities for our company to grow into uncharted territory. Kyle’s experience in business and management has been instrumental in the rapid growth of market share in our South Island business.

Corinna Mansell – NZ Business Performance Manager
Corinna joined the corporate team in 2006. Part of her role in the corporate team is to provide support to the business owners and sales teams so as to help them grow and develop their businesses. Corinna’s knowledge in this area has come from her previous back ground of 18 years as a successful real estate sales person and business owner, from achieving runner up salesperson in a previous company, to achieving Premier 2004, Executive 2005, & Elite status in 2006. Corinna also achieved number 1 supreme salesperson in number of sales in 2006. At the same time Corinna’s market share of her business when she sold had obtained ranks as the best in the country. Since joining the corporate team Corinna has been involved with office sales, changeovers as well as recruitment. Corinna enjoys the challenges that her corporate role brings.

Loan Market New Zealand
Donna Tames – NZ General Manager
Donna joined the Loan Market group in July 2009 after being involved in a number of roles throughout the financial services industry for over 20 years. For the ten years prior to joining the Loan Market, Donna held a Broker BDM position with the National Bank. Donna has brought a wealth of knowledge and experience in both lending and the broker industry to this role. She has well established relationships with lenders and the NZ Loan Market brokers. She is looking forward to establishing good rapport with the Ray White side of the business. She is a well respected figure within the industry.
