The areas of opportunity that we have listed below are where Ray White is currently seeking to have a franchised real estate office. This may be an existing business that is looking to re-brand their agency or potentially someone who is looking to commence a new agency in the given trade area. You will note that each of these areas have a market review document attached. This is a summary of the defined core trade area of that market. We can produce this information with a number of markets which may be considered to be general trading areas.
At Ray White we have an expectation that our businesses achieve a minimum of 20% marketshare. In doing so, this gives the business a sustainable presence in the market area as well as viability for profit generation from sales turnover. We can provide additional information which will assist in assessing the number of listings of the market at any given time, days on market for particular styles of property together with price banding which will show the level of sales in the category that the market is most responsive to. This information is derived and compiled by the division known as Ray White Analytics. This gives our business an insight into every trade area across New Zealand while providing our businesses with real time information regarding their particular marketplace and the activity that is occurring which then allows strategic planning for each of our franchised offices.
